US rapper, Wale has come in defense of his Nigeria colleague, Olamide when the latter was called gay by an Instagram follower.
The Nigerian-American rapper wasted no time in responding to the comments directed towards the sandals which Olamide wore, ensuring that the Instagram commentator understood the richness of the African fashion.
Other followers, most Americans joined in the criticism.
According to them, what Olamide wore was feminine and should be discouraged.
