Tiwa Savage & Don Jazzy Meet Jay-Z as Singer Signs with Roc Nation
Sometime last month, entertainment powerbroker, Tola Odunsi, broke the news thatTiwa Savage was on the verge of signing a deal with Jay-Z‘s management outfit, Roc Nation. However, there was no concrete evidence to back up such claims… till now.
Moments ago, Tiwa Savage and Don Jazzy met with Jay-Z at the Roc Nation office in New York to put pen to paper on a management and distribution deal for Tiwa Savage. This deal has been in the works since Jay-Z’s cousin Brian “Bee-High” Biggs visited the Mavin Headquarters in Lagos last year.
With Jay-Z directly involved, this is surely the start of something truly massive for Tiwa Savage, Don Jazzy, Mavin Records and Nigerian music in general.
